Hello lovely people!

I had always loved music, even when i was a kid, i really enjoy listening and sometimes singing along to the songs played on the radio. I still remember the time when my 1st grader teacher, made me sing Paper Roses holding plastic flowers in front of the class, she even went on and made me imitate her actions while singing! Ahhh good old times! You know, when it comes to singing, im always game, say the title of the song and ill sing it for you. Those were the colorful times of my life, and i long for those times to come back. 

Sometimes, i even wish that there would be a strange unexplained phenomena or let's just say magical force that would make my physical body shrink into my 7 years old self, present, and back again to those colorful and happy times of my life. But i/we know that it's impossible, because in this life, we only have one shot and the rest will be to keep moving forward.

Okay, i confess, i watched too much time travel movies ^_^ What can i say? Im a fan!

But seriously though, i would give everything, just to be back again, to make few alterations, to seize every moment, and to listen to my parents, because trust me, they sure know what they're doing.

Knowing i could sing, i joined a local singing competition but i didn't win and worse i only took home a pack of eggnogs as a consolation prize, that's why i don' like eggnogs, they remind me of how loser i am! (lol drama apilun pang eggnog kalami ana! haha)

Anyway, this two piece pants set is from my mom when she was 19 years old. My mom is rocking this in 80's and i can only imagine how fashionable people are! Another reason why i need magical force, and this time, not to shrink back to my old self, but to actually time travel HAHA!

 Im really glad that i found this set under the piles of her old clothes, because this one is a killer!

    You look so cute in your 80's zebra-themed outfit dear :) I bet it is amazing from the back as well! As for shrinking back to age 7 you can do what I do, always keep a part of yourself you refuse to let age.     Love the spunky look! I'd say that I'd travel back to the Victorian era, solely because I think the Gothic style and culture was really interesting. Otherwise, I'm thankful to live in this age because we have progressed so much!

    You are so lucky to find that outfit in your mom's closet. I've never found any vintage treasure in my mom's closet because she shops like mad so all of her clothes are new.

    I was a singer when I was younger too! I would always volunteer to everything that involves singing. I am not really sure what happened because I am so bad at singing now! Haha!

    You look so sweet in this outfit, I love it :) it's lovely that you like to sing, don't worry about not winning the competition, at least you had the courage to take part! And there's a saying "the things you are passionate about are not random, they are your calling" , so singing is a part of who you are, and that's beautiful :) if I could go back in time, I would go back to my teenage self and tell her not to worry about things so much and what people say and enjoy myself more :) x

    I love music, but I'm a terrible singer! I think that's great that you like singing though :)

    How awesome that your mom still has clothes from when she was younger! You look great in this outfit, and I especially like the top. This was a good find!

    If I were to travel back, I'd probably go back to my college days. I don't miss the school work, but I do miss the social life from back then!
