My Black Valentine

February 15, 2014


Hello lovely readers! So today is Valentine's Day aren't you all excited? happy? or feeling loved today? I know you do :) Well, if you ask me, my answer is a big fat YES. Why? Because i received the dress ive been dying to hold and wear for months. I got it from www.oasap.com, i know most of you are already familiar with this store, because of it's high quality and pretty apparels that would tickle the inner fashionable goddess inside you. 


So when Oasap asked me to pick a dress from their store, i immediately searched for one and voila! I found this Hounds-tooth A-Line dress that is on sale at that time. Lately, i have seen many people wear hounds-tooth shorts, skorts, pants and crop top but i haven't seen anyone 'yet' wearing hounds-tooth dress. So yeah, i immeadiately took my chance; even though it came a little loose on me, nah! hounds-tooth don't care :D


Please take a moment and stare at my ring... yeah.. you do it now? Retro perfect right? I got it from www.bornprettystore.com and it's the 2nd one of the three accessories i got from them. Im so glad that i bet on this baby when Jenny asked me to pick one because it's perfect and it matched with my outfit!


Okay guys, i will inject to my blog now about this thing called Valentine's Day. So someone asked me what will i do this Valentines Day, and honestly i have no idea because for me it's just the same typical day im living, but i feel compelled to answer the question with a little excitement because i don't want to ruin it for some reason by being miss-dont-care. And my answer is  ^_^" yep, that apologetic smiley face because i don't have any plans :3 


And yeah, while writing this post i received many group messages about love quotes referring for this Valentine's Day. Hmm i think i need to send them a quote too *txt txt txt* :D
It's just so funny how can a tween, teens, & young-adults are being so stressed about this, some are ranting in their Facebook status of how they will spend their V-Day alone because they're single. I mean, you have friends, go hang out with them duh! 


And if you're wondering: 

If you are wondering if i have a date... the answer is "Yes i have my friends!"
And if you're wondering how i will spend V-Day, well... ive got good movies to watch! and a tea to sip!
And if you're wondering if i have a boyfriend... my answer is NAH since 5 years ago (wait what?!)
And if you're wondering if im inlove... oh darling! I am!
And if you're still wondering why i don't have a boyfriend... hmm i don't have an answer with that :3 Next!
And if you're wondering if im bitter... darling, trust me, im not :)
And if you're wondering why i sounded a little bitter to the status rants... no darling, im just annoyed :)
And if you're wondering why this "and if you're wondering" thing is not over... scroll down honey!

Anyway, about this whole outfit, i wore this dress with white flats and retrofied necklace which is a shame because i don't have a photo that would totally display it's beauty. And finished it off with the only red in my outfit... my nails, and i put a ring on it! Sorry for the lack of decent photos, it's just that i haven't gone outside for two days now because of my colds :(

    Happy Valentine's! Houndstooth is really a great choice because it's bold without being too loud. And even though black and white is the most common color for this pattern, I've spotted some in pastels and neons - even gradients! Love your cardigan too, it makes this outfit more sophisticated.
