 Another year has passed, another year has come. It's scary how time seems to fly in just a blink of an eye. 2019 has been fun and it certainly brought me to places I've never been before, I get to experience stuff for the first time, and most importantly, I learned. Surprisingly, 2019 was the year I became productive and busy, it's the year where I realized how important some of the stuff I don't consider as such. Though my 2019 had a lot of down moments, it sure did open my eyes to what I really want in life. 2019 for me was a revelation, I never knew that I had the courage to let go of the things and people I cared at one point in my life. It showed me that though life is unfair, I can make it a little less hard on myself by putting my happiness and well-being before other people's expectations. To quote Meg March: "Just because my dreams are different than yours, it doesn't mean they're unimportant." I have struggled, endured, and thrived.

Hello, lovely people who are reading this post! How have you been? Wow! It's been over a month since I wrote something on my blog. I'm sorry for being MIA this whole time. It's just that, I found myself rolling six feet under the ground once again.

Eversince I was a kid, I always enjoy watching anime. I remember running home from school after the class is over, with my heavy bag full of school books on my back, just to watch Slam Dunk and/or Prince of Tennis on the television. When every weekend means staying at home, trying get things done before 8am just to watch Hunter X Hunter and Fullmetal Panic. Nothing really changes when I got into high school. I think most of my classmates know that I’m a big fan of anime, I even started collecting K-zone, Otaku mag, and Neocomics. So yeah, I wasn’t a girly girl back then.

Well, in today's post, it's about how I celebrated my birthday with my boyfriend last Feb 9. We've been together for two (2) years now but this is the first time that we got the time to celebrate it together. I mean we're island apart from each other and whenever he's in the city, he's always busy with his flight. We actually planned out everything because he likes to plan stuff ahead, while I'm more like laid back. He stayed for the night at our house so we can go to the city together early in the morning. We got there around 11 am and we directly went to Vikings for my birthday lunch. We didn't get to wait for hours because he reserved a seat for us, 2 days before my birthday. So we just went inside the buffet-style restaurant.

Hello, lovely people who are reading this post! It's been a while since I posted something like this. Actually, I have a lot of backlogs dating back to 2017! Haha! I know you guys might be thinking that I should just let it go and not post it anymore because it's 2 years old and a lot has happened since then. But you know what? Jokes on you because that won't happen. It might take too long, some of it might be posted next year, but I will still post it because I want my old self to be able to look back— that is one of the reasons why I decided to blog again. Anyway, those backlogs were from my travels and restaurant/cafe exploration. And oh! I just realized that I've only been active here for almost 3 months? So cut me some slack, okay?

From the moment that the clock struck 12 on December 31, 2015, i knew things were going to be different. Eventhough the sound of the firecrackers always annoys the hell out of me, i mean i just hate it because they never fail to scare me. So as i was watching my sisters and little cousins doing their thing with firecrackers, while my ears were abused by the roaring loud noise, something weirdly hits me... i was actually pumped up and motivated by the loud noise that it shaked my heart. I was actually on the verge of shouting the joy and happiness i suddenly weirdly felt, but then i didn't, because that would be so out of my character, and im not like that (says me). You know, sometimes i wonder if im really me or if im just holding my real self back. I don't know.

So yea 2016, how are ya'll doing so far? I bet ya'll are like "This 2016, blah blah blah..." with all your resolutions and stuff. Well, if you already have your New Year's resolutions, then the real question for MYSELF would be, "What the hell am i doing sitting here without new years resolutions up in my sleeves?!" haha seriously, im worried for myself. You know that feeling when you feel like you're supposed to be doing something important, but you choose to ignore it because you're on energy saving mode 24/7?— yeah, that's what im feeling right now, ugh such a shame, i shoulda be born as a potato but even then, i prolly would still be a shame ಥ_ಥ

In this generation, its really hard to tell your secrets to another soul because there are just two-ways about it, they're either: Gonna keep it or fucking tell someone. It's never safe because they will always tell another person about it. Humans.

When i look up above, i see the vast expanse of the sky, but i love it even more when the sun sets off and there lies the numerous numbers of twinkling stars.

I was a little girl when i looked up at the starry night sky and was fascinated by it, i still remember the place where i looked up and watched them intently with admiration. When i think i about it now, i was actually taught about the stars and constellations in my elementary years and in high school, but i never felt the excitement of it mainly because for me, its just one of the many lessons the teachers taught their students... nothing more.

5 years ago, i never thought that you'd be one of the most important person in my life. Back when we were in high school, we never even gave a smile or talked to each other, if i may recall, you are one of the popular girls in school because of your enchanting beauty and outgoing personality and everyone just likes you, not to mention that you are very talented. While me, im just a mere peasant in a kingdom called High School lol. 

Everyday i wake up, i always try to reset my state of mind. I always make sure that i am at my best everyday. I always make sure to be nice and all. Because by that, i can lessen the amount of rudeness happening everyday.

When i look at people who looks at me, i always smile.

When people ask me questions, i always answer, even if its too awkward.

Because i don't want people to feel like they're less than what they are.

I don't want them to feel awkward pain.

I don't want them to just shrink just because people doesn't pay attention to them.

Because i do pay attention to everything i see.
