Chocolate and Peanut Butter Pie

November 21, 2013

It's been so long since i last blogged about desserts so i whip this up to blog, it's actually from Yummy mag but i recreated it and this will be my first time that i made pies. Honestly, i haven't tried making pies in my life especially that this one doesn't require fires and all, just a good mixing skills you have in your arms and you're good. Plus, all the ingredients are easy to find and that's the thing i like because i don't  like to cook stuff if the ingredients are odd or just new to me because im still a newbie in my adventure. And so far, this one has been out of my comfort zone because as i said, this is my first time making a pie.

Ingredients:

1 pack Graham cracker crumbs
2/3 cup Magnolia melted butter
4 packs Goya dark chocolates, chopped
3/4 cup Lily's peanut butter
1 pack Nestle cream
1 pack Chocolate Super Thin Biscuits
1 pack mini marshmallows

Procedure:

1. Make a graham crust: Place graham cracker crumbs in a bowl then our warm melted butter and mix. Put the mixture in a pie plate and press the mixture unto the plate until you have an even layer. Place it in the refrigerator for 15 mins.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped chocolate and peanut butter together.
3. Pour the cream in saucepan over a medium heat and bring it to a boil. Pour warm cream over the peanut butter-chocolate mixture and no lumps remain. And the biscuits and marshmallows.
4. Pour mixture over prepared graham crust. Return to the refrigerator for another hour. Then serve.
