The Choices We Make

When you look at yourself in the mirror, are you really looking at your self?
Or just checking yourself?
And have you taken a really close look at yourself lately?
Then what do you see?
A person you want to become?
Or a person you just settled to be?
These are just some of the questions i know most of you haven't asked yourselves yet.
And if you asked yourselves these questions...
Do you know what's the answer?
I know, i don't know too.
The only certain way to know or to atleast know these,
Is if we're taking the right way and making the right choices.
Are you making the right choices then?
Choices happens everytime.
Like in the morning when you wake up...
Do you stay in bed and wait for another 10 minutes?
Or get up and throw yourself in the shower?
Do you eat your breakfast or skip?
Choices happens when we make our choice,
And its a never ending choice until it's our time to make the last choice.
Sometimes the smallest choice we make,
Ends up to be the biggest one.
So everybody gear up because we have a lot of choices to make. lol!
Bottom line is...
You are what you are with the choices you make.
If you choose the right one, then good.
And if you choose the other one...
I think you have your reasons and you can learn from it.
Let's just keep in mind that...
Every time we make our choice, make sure that our future self will thank us for that.

That's quite a long read right? I don't blame you, if you didn't finished reading it. lol!
Haha too wordy for you? I know!
Anyway, i wrote it to remind myself that, sometimes it's okay to make the wrong choice. Just don't make the same mistake haha!
In the wrong choices we make, we can learn from it so yeah... im learning.
So anyway, im sharing with you this look. What do you think?
I got this Halter Lace-up Tank Top and this High Waist Mesh Maxi Skirt from Rosewholesale. I really love the bohemian-y vibe in my outfit, though it's not my style, but here's to trying out many more styles :)
One thing i love about this outfit is that, it shows enough skin. Because in dressing up, you have to balance things out, unless you wanna show too much skin (it's your choice). And because im wearing a maxi skirt and it covers up my whole legs, i paired it sleeveless top so that i won't look too covered under the blazing heat of Mr. Sun.
See what i did there? Balance.
Also, i accessorized it with this Leaf Pendant Clavicle Chain Necklace from Jewelrycoco. I love how subtle and eye-catching this one is. It gives an elegance feel to my whole outfit. Because the mesh maxi skirt is eye-catching enough and my top is just plain, but i don't want to over-do it by putting a statement necklace, you know me guys, i don't like too flashy and i don't like it if there's a lot going on in my outfit. So this necklace is really perfect, not too much but just perfect enough.

Oooh the skirt is soo nice; I love that sheer panel. I don't know how I would style it but I think it could look gorgeous in some bright heels. I also have a leaf necklace that looks quite similar to yours but is a lot more intense in that it has loooads of leaves; maybe I will feature it on my blog one day and you can have a look. I wore it to prom and I just think they are so dainty. I totally get what you mean about making right and wrong choices, but I think that everything happens for a reason, so even if you make the wrong choice, you will be grateful for it later in life. And there isn't necessarily a right or wrong for everything, some decisions have five right options and no wrong ones! Rosemary x
