Hello lovely reader/s! How are you all? I hope you had a blast last Christmas and had tons of fun with family and friends. While I stayed all Christmas morning cozying up in my bed reading books and catching up watching anime, part of me wants to go out and to dance the night away, or maybe just be with friends I haven't seen in a while. But typhoon Ursula happened so I basically just stayed inside wishing it's the other way around. And now that the new year is approaching, I can't help but be excited about what 2020 has to offer.
Months ago, I watched a documentary about The Minimalist on Netflix and it struck a chord into my heart. I watched Ted Talks, listen to podcasts, and even read articles about it to educate myself about the topic. And what I learned is very important not just for my mental health, but also about how I look and approach life from where I'm at. Right now, I'm decluttering my closet, beauty products I own, and my bookshelf. I'm halfway there and I'm positive that this will make a positive impact.
Hello, lovely people who are reading this post! How are you all doing? It's been a while since I updated my blog. I was just too busy with life in general, not to mention that my mental health is becoming worse these past few months. I've been exercising for a week now just to get my fill of endorphins. Still, I feel like there's something missing in my life. I know it sounds depressing but I'm taking baby steps to have a better state of mind and to channel where I'm at in life.
