Last September 2017, my boyfriend went to Japan and got me bunch of stuff including this When Marnie Was There book. Imagine how happy I was when he gave me this book! As you know, I’m a die-hard Studio Ghibli fan ever since I first saw My Neighbor Totoro ages ago. But since I have a lot on my plate at that time, I decided to put this book in my tbr shelf. It was until last year that I decided to pick up the book and read it for the first time.

I think rings are important when it comes to engagements and weddings because it's the thing you will get to wear (for girls) that screams you are about to get married and/or already married. You know I love watching engagement videos on Youtube because I always love the reactions of the people involved. Getting married must be great haha! It's not that I want to get married soon, it's just that I think it's beautiful.

Lately, I've been doing a lot of adulting, traveling from one place to another just to get things done. This year has been watering me to become the person I reluctantly wanted to become. Although I don't like it that much, I still have to do it or else I'll starve myself to death. lol!
Now that summer has come in my country, everybody can't help but hit the beach either to unwind and chill or to go swimming and have fun under the sun. Of course, there are also people who prefers to visit places they've never been or go abroad for their summer vacation destination. And just like most of us, we always make sure that we are summer ready by preparing the best outfit and other summer essentials. Like me, when going to the beach or other places, I always make sure to plan ahead my outfits and most especially, I always make sure to have a fashionable sunglasses with me because not only they complete my whole look, they also help protect my eyes against the harmful UV rays of the sun.

Three summers ago, my cousins and I went to Bacolod for a 4 day trip. We went to The Ruins, Campuestohan Highland Resort, Lakawon, and Balay Negrense. Ever since that trip, I've always wanted to blog about it, but since I stopped blogging during those times, here I am with my long overdue travel post. Honestly, my memories about the trip were already kind of hazy, all I remember was having a marvelous time under the sun.
After our first quick visit together at San Carlos, Negros Occidental, my boyfriend and I decided to go back there again and this time we went to Patty Cakes. Although we're the pasta-kind-of-people, we also enjoy eating cakes from time to time. Our call time was, again, 10:30 am at Mcdo Toledo where he had his brunch before I arrived. Because we're now running late, I just take-out chicken and fries and ate it while on my seat looking at the vast expanse of the blue ocean.
